I've not felt as hungry today so I need to look at what I ate differently than yesterday. I did have 2 Shakeos today instead of the one, I made sure I a red container left for that, so I know that probably helped as they are pretty filling and I make mine with 500ml of water so big lol!

I got in my scheduled Turbofire this morning, today was HIIT 20, I did much better with the choreography than I did this one lol, so I'm improving. I didn't buy the programme but found the correct portion sizes to follow and all the info I need. I will continue with the Turbofire programme alongside the Fix.

I hadn't been able to go shopping and stock up as I wanted to as payday is not until tomorrow, so tomorrow I will be buying a few bits and doing some meal prep. I think that is the key with this plan to have your meals all ready to go.

My first day has gone well though a... Tue, 27 May 2014 13:57:38 EST 10k Training http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5539004 I'm currently following a training plan to run 10k.
My last run I was scheduled to cover 2.5 miles. I set out a little nervous that I wouldn't be able to do it, that I'd have to stop and walk. Anyway, before I knew it I had reached the 2.5 miles, I thought what the hell lets keep going! I wanted to see if I could make it to 3.1 miles (5k). Well I did!
I finished in 32:00! That's a pace of 10:20 min/mile! I haven't ran that quick since sometime last year when I was running. I'm already part way with this, but there are still a couple of gifts that I haven't bought and don't really know what I'm getting.

2 - Planning what I'm going to eat. Thu, 13 Dec 2012 08:43:38 EST North Pole Challenge - Week 2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5152635 So part of our challenge this week is to set a goal for ourselves, fitness/nutrition/wellness related.

My goal this week is going to be to make sure I take at least 15 minutes out of work for myself this week. I have a hectic week ahead of me, and I never really take a breather, even at lunch I sit at my desk and continue working!
I am going to actually go for a short walk, at least get some fresh air, or leave my desk and take some 'me time'.

Sat, 1 Dec 2012 13:37:00 EST Fall Challenge http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5048626 So the first ITC is to make a list of 5 things that have or are holding us back on our weightloss journey.

1. Resisting temptations
2. Too many takeaway meals
3. Lack of a workout routine
4. Not choosing my foods wisely
5. Willpower

The idea is to pick one of these to work on during the next 10 weeks and see how I do at the end.

I am going to focus on the food side of things mainly. Fri, 7 Sep 2012 13:55:19 EST Don't trust the scale http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5035823 So I've been keeping track of my measurements for the past 8 weeks. I honestly didn't think that I would see much of a change if any.
The scale has not budged at all, and I've been stuck on this weight plateau for months!
I decided today to take some more measurements and see if there were any comparisons between now and 8 weeks ago.

Unbeliveably I am down 3.5% Body Fat, and a total of 19cm from my all over! I am totally shocked that even though I haven't lost any weight ... Wed, 29 Aug 2012 09:54:52 EST End of the Summer Challenge http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5027483 So to sum up the last 10 weeks....

Absolutely pants! I wanted to lose at least 7lbs in this time, infact I've lost just 1lb! 1 pathetic little lb!
I'm so frustrated that my scale seems to be stuck around 183 and has been for months, literally!
I don't know what to do to get it moving again.

Please, any suggestions... Thu, 23 Aug 2012 08:10:10 EST Made a decision regarding WW http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4953961 I sent an email to WW tonight to cancel my subscription with them.

Whilst initially the plan worked for me, the novelty soon wore off. I signed up in March, and since then I've lost only 10lbs. Okay, don't get me wrong, that's better than gaining, but I really did hope for more. I've not been an angel on it I admit...which is what led me to cancelling really.
I figure if I'm gonna lose slow, then I can do that with Spark, without the expense.

Another reason for leav... I haven't taken part in a race since Christmas when I did Santa's on the Run, that was such a laugh! I did my last Race for Life with my mum in 2010 I think it was, that was right at the beginning of my weight loss. That was infact my first race, not that I've done loads.

Anyway, it's all about raising money for Cancer Research, so it's nice to... Arrrgghh!!
Okay, so I have 5 weeks to get some goals done. I don't actually have any specific goals, never been any good at making them lol.
I guess I will have to go with what is achieveable in 5 weeks, that makes sense, right?!

I weigh in tomorrow morning, so once I have that weight I can work out what to aim for. I'm hoping tomorrow I will weigh 13 stone. I'd like to aim for 12st 7lbs by the end of 5 weeks, but I'd be happy with 5lbs overall. So betw... Fri, 1 Jun 2012 15:24:59 EST WW Week 10 & Spring Challenge Blog http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4894736 So I lost another 1.3lbs with WW this week, so that's a total of 14.9lbs in 10 weeks!
My goal for the Spring Challenge was to lose between 10-14lbs, so I have exceeded that! So proud of myself, I have been losing consistently again, and feel like I'm back in control of things.

Short blog, but that's all I had to say really lol Wed, 23 May 2012 14:27:00 EST WW update week 5-9 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4879076 So I haven't really kept to my weekly blog, I must try harder lol.

WW is still going well.
I've lost a total of 13.6lbs in 9 weeks now :) so so proud of myself!

I hope to break the 1 stone barrier at next weeks weigh in, yay! I'm hoping to get to the 1 stone mark by week 6 WI, but I'm trying not to set any targets, and just go with the plan.

I'm surprised I lost at all this week tbh, as I have been a little slack, not tracking as I should be. I'm really going to reign things in this week, just incase there is a backlash from this.

I'm heading into town shortly and I think I will treat myself to some new running shoes, I need some m... I've lost 8.3lbs in 2 weeks and got my first silver 7 yay!

I was a bit naughty yesterday, had a couple of drinks and a takeaway curry which took me over my points for the week, but you know what, I'm not gonna feel too bad about it. Sun, 25 Mar 2012 04:50:08 EST Weight Watchers - W1 review & into W2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4799391 So I made the decision to join WW on the 11th March 2012.
I had already successfully lost 4 stone with Spark, but since the end of summer last year I have not been able to keep my Spark alive. I've still watched everything I've eaten, and I believe this has helped me not to gain back too much weight, I gained around a stone in 6 months, I'm okay with that I guess.
I needed to try something new, something to get me interested and motivated once more. After doing a lot of online resea... Thu, 22 Mar 2012 09:10:49 EST 2 Year Sparkversary http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4741205 So yesterday was my 2 year anniversary at Spark!
In all honesty I would of hoped to be at my goal by now of losing 100lbs.
I got down to around 70lbs lost at one point, but currently I am at around 58lbs lost.

I met my boyfriend in June last year, that was the point that I began struggling with my weight loss. Thu, 15 Dec 2011 05:56:42 EST Complete fresh start! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4626315 So I've decided, whatever I have been doing for the past however many months! isn't working, it's time to change.

I'm going right back to Spark basics. I've reset all my goals. I'm going to start simple, good quality cardio 3x a week & good quality ST 3x a week. Anything I do on top of that will be a bonus. Thu, 15 Dec 2011 05:06:33 EST Santa's on the Run! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4611570 This morning I took part in my first ever Santa Run. It was such a blast! There weren't loads of people that but I think that's what made it such a nice atmosphere. Everyone was up for a laugh and out to have fun.

This was my first race (although wasn't a race as such) since Summer last year, so I was super excited. I got a lovely shiny gold medal which was presented to me by a famous county cricket player. My bf will be really annoyed about that as he wasn't there and he loves cri... Sun, 4 Dec 2011 09:20:34 EST Day 14 & 15 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4550912 So yesterday was an okay day, I did have a couple of drinks in the eve, which took me over my cals again! So much for my one day of drinking.

Today is going much better, I'm within cals and it will continue that way again! Mon, 24 Oct 2011 13:55:08 EST Day 13 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4548820 I knew I was going to go over my cals today as Saturdays are always that way. We've decided that Sat nights will be our drinks night, one day of not tracking.

On a good note, the scale was back down. Sun, 23 Oct 2011 07:54:41 EST Day 12 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4546714 Had a bad day today, over by about 400 cals!! It was that damn chocolate my collegue keeps bringing in! I really need to say no, and have more self control.

I am not going to let this ruin my hard work, onwards and upwards (downwards on the scale lol) Fri, 21 Oct 2011 15:13:22 EST Day 11 & WI http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4544718 So the results of todays weigh in, I'm down 0.6lbs. I was expecting a little more if I'm being honest, but I guess a loss is a loss and it all adds up. Week 2 of reporting a loss, total of 4.2lbs, which I'm happy with :)

I'm definitely going to go over my cals today, but I'm okay with that. My goal is 5/7 days on track, so no big deal, and I won't be a lot over anyways.

The past 2 weeks have been a lot easier than I thought tbh, it feels good sticking to a plan and reapi... Thu, 20 Oct 2011 10:15:00 EST Day 10 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4544398 Update for yesterday, forgot to blog lol.

Within cals again, this is becoming a bit of a habit ;-) lol

Probably snacked a little too much, and that might be something I need to watch out for. Thu, 20 Oct 2011 05:40:17 EST Day 9 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4541861 I overindulged on a little chocolate today which left me with only 400 cals for dinner. My mum, bless her, adapted what she had planned to cook to fit in with my calorie allowance.
We had a homemade pork & aubergine curry with rice, it was absolutely delicious!

The scale was super awesome to me this morning....I'm nearing the 170's again, sometime this week I reckon :-)

Thanks to all of you that have been supporting me with this. Tue, 18 Oct 2011 15:14:49 EST Day 8 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4539972 Another day on track.

It's amazing how quick you get back into this whole thing. I guess I've done it for so long, that I knew it was still there.
I definitely think having this streak going is helping me to stay on course, it's motivating & makes me feel good that I'm achieving something.

I'm hoping this week I will get back into the 170's, that will feel soooo good!
