I only ate an apple and a glass of fat-free milk while I was there. In the afternoon my daughter had a Brownie Girl Scout meeting. They made puppets and played games to earn Try-It badges. After church a woman approached me and told me she was brought to tears when she saw me raise my left stump praising God. I wore some of my mother's pearls I inherited. This is actually a fun part of our family activities. At Girl Scouts I am the cookie mom. At Awanas my husband is the game leader and I provide the crafts. Last night they had cookies and offered me some. I gracefully declined and didn't feel deprived at all. Boy it really feels good to be able to stay on top of my health for a change. I've lost 10 pounds. I hope to slow down my weightloss down to 2.5 lbs a week to be more safe with my health. My cholesterol level is around 350.
