I've lost 10 lbs. <BR> I've been juicing veggies and fruit. <BR> It continues to go well. No hunger pains. I don't miss the act of "chewing" so I feel grateful there. <BR> I grabbed a pint of homemade tomato soup before leaving for work tonight. I made a mean green juice and a fruit/veggie mixture of Carrots, an orange and pineapple. Part way thru the night shift I just couldn't bare the thought of another cold glass of juice so I heated the carrot juice up. I think I liked it better warm than cold.
