Sat, 12 Apr 2014 23:01:23 EST Walk/Run http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5668935 Quick update on my 5K <BR> This morning at 3:20 a.m. I got up before work and walked 2 minutes jogged 4 walked 2 jogged 3..repeat until the 3.1 miles was over with. <BR> I'm looking forward to my phone arm band to show up so I can use my new app. on my phone to keep track of this without me holding my phone. <BR> As soon as I have a day off I will jog on the road instead of the treadmill. <BR> Today I have no thigh cramping or shortness of breathe to report....woohoo <BR> making progress <BR...
