I really like the flavor. It's only been three days but I can tell my stomach doesn't feel as bloated. Since Monday I've not consumed anything with sugar. No flour of any sort. I can see that just walking like I was could have been more vigorous. It's all a learning curve I guess. I used to work up a sweat but not until around 20 minutes.
