I did 5 days last week and my knee was sore so I sort of stopped for the weekend. Started back today with 20 minute cardio and 10 minute resistance band. I faithfully use the food tracker daily and wasn't figuring out why. I even decreased my intake calories and no avail. I went on the reports to go back and see when it started so I can understand and there it was. I had been busy with volunteer fundraising and getting back to a routine for school/work after spring break. I wasn't walking as much even though my job requires alot of walking. I guess it is not the right kind of pace to be... It was about my first week at sparkpeople. I actually found this ironic and a little funny. My first attempt lasted only a few weeks. I have restarted sparkpeople almost 6 years later. I am actually down 31 pounds from that time and have learned a lot since. Fingers crossed to stay motivated. I have had two falls off the wagon. They were not huge but it did effect my weight loss. Both times it was when I was feeling stressed and crawled back into bed with a bag of popcorn. I know I could have done something different to relieve the stress but I was cold, hungry, and tired. Most of the stress came from husband.
