I need to up my activity to 90 min. 6 days a week. I don't know where or how I will do this but today I started with taking a spinning class for the first time. I loved it! I also could see how much better my health is and how that translates into calorie burn. <BR> <BR> This journey is really about feeling better and changing my lifestyle.
