It’s funny these past weekend a friend told the wife and I are in sink and we lost the same amount of weight again this week.

I did not think I would make my original goal of New Years Eve but if I can continue, too loose 3 lbs a week I will only have 2 lbs too loose on New Years Eve. Even... Mon, 1 Oct 2007 07:58:18 EST Wish me luck! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=757935 All right, I weighted myself this morning. I did infact loose 2.5 pounds which brings me to my first goal the half way mark of my total weight loss.
My next goal is three-quarter mark, which is 22 pounds of which I lost 1.5 lbs. already. This will bring me to a total of 66 lbs. lost. I hope that I will be able to achieve this goal by New Years Eve.

I also had to change my overall goal from loosing all my weight by New Years Eve to March first (1-year SP anniversary) because ... Mon, 24 Sep 2007 08:19:42 EST A New and Embarrassing Experience http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=750704 So Saturday night the wife and I went over to a friend’s house. When I was getting dressed, I put on my shirt 2X it was really loose flapping all over the place around my stomach but, knowing I only own 2X shirts. I decided to tuck it in (understand, I have not tucked in a shirt for about 7 years with of course the usual exceptions). Thinking I will have to deal with it and hoping that nobody notices how fat I am. (I feel that tucked in shirts just outline the belly)

Low and behol... I think this could be where I hurt the hand. It is the biggest gain in the shortest amount of time I have ever pulled off.

I still need to find out how to figure ou... Mon, 11 Jun 2007 17:21:47 EST No Cardio Today http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=563859 5 / 17/ 2007

I feel like my body is breaking down after over a week of sleeping for 2 hours a night. I woke up this morning and decided not to do my cardio as my body has not healed from yesterday. Even though I hate the thought of missing a day of exercise I rather that then an injury and not exercise for a week or two.

I did do some stretching hopefully that will help I don’t understand why my legs are so tight. My hamstring feels like it is going to snap. I will hop ... Thu, 17 May 2007 09:30:14 EST I need to keep pushing forward! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=562327 May 16, 2007

Today I did my usual cardio workout;

recumbent bike for a warm up about 15 minutes I have been trying to get to the endurance level and stay there as long as possible even though it is difficult it is a challenge.

I then jumped onto a treadmill which I decided today to increase the intensity of my workout. I did 4.3MPH at 4% incline for the first half mile/ 7 minutes then 6% incline 45 minutes then for the last 7.5 minute or 3 miles I went back do... Wed, 16 May 2007 10:27:18 EST A Great out come! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=558613 5-14-07
Thank God, I have been busting my butt on that addition I have not had the time or energy to exercise. Knowing this I decided to log in the construction work for my exercise. I am surprised I was able to loose 5 pounds with my limited movement and constant breaks and rest periods. I wonder how much weight I would have lost if I did not have physical issued. Although honestly if I did not have these issues I would not have the need to change my life style as weight was never the i... Mon, 14 May 2007 07:20:28 EST To pooped to pop http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=550421 I decided to use the construction for my exercise for the week or until I have completed my homework. There is so much and I am so tired. Even with all the work I am doing I am still not getting more sleep I wake up as tired as when I go to bed the night before. Because of that I had to reduce what I did today as I am too wiped out. I guilted myself into lifting weights for a while and then forced myself to do 30 minutes of cardio. After which I work on the addition again for another hour. I am afraid that I am not going to loose any weight as well. Which will really SUCK, o-well Monday will be here soon enough. Thank God tomorrow is Sat. I will just work... Fri, 4 May 2007 15:46:57 EST I decided to try something different today: http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=541860 5/2/2007
I am going to use this as a journal.
I decided to try something different today:
I read that SP article and that stated you get better results when you lifted before cardio.
This has impacted my cardio routine because my arms are tired from lifting, so; it is a lot harder to hold the majority of weight off my legs while I am on the treadmill. Consequently, I had to reduce my treadmill work out to 20min. instead of the 60min I was doing. I will continue this fo... Wed, 2 May 2007 13:48:04 EST
