I've not seen that number on the scale since sometime in jr. high. I've finally broken the 250 mark on the scale and its only taken me about 20 odd years to do so.

It is getting ever close to my 20 pound a year goal - so far I'm at 17 pounds loss for the year which means another 3 pounds to go for the year to reach that 20 pound goal of wight loss, which is totally doable. But all in all for brunch I did well in general, just over 1000 calories for the meal itself - ya an all you can eat deal can be hard to actually get an accurate count of what was eaten in general but I think I got fair close in general even if I didn't - I don't really care since its a ... Sun, 3 Oct 2010 20:04:22 EST Still Learning About My Diabetes http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3562906 Well I found out why I was really out of it when I started to drive home from my ex's place of work with N I'd only taken in 80 cals for breakfast. If we'd had PB in the house I would have had that with the carrots or at least has it on bread to give my body a better carb load to work from, but there... Then again 100 bucks would pay bills and a lot of other things more then clothing w... Tue, 17 Aug 2010 20:10:12 EST
