And i felt like possibly there was a difference! Back under 160! <BR> I stocked up on my non wheat/gluten flour staples this morning. I have almond flour, chickpea flour, flaxseed, and coconut. I'll eventaully swap out for braggs soy sauce alternative... i have the coconut aminos, but that is pretty pricy per ounce. I think mainly cause there were only 2 meals a day... <BR> <BR> I got a suggestion that my "this" - picture me flailing my arm around my belly area - might be due to wheat... "Wheat belly" so they say. I got some books from the library, and in addition to some other books i've been reading - the omnivours dilema, and fast food america etc etc.... we might try it... replace the wheat/white flours with other kinds... we don't really eat bread...
