I did a few upper body/arm exercises too. I haven't done any weights in a long time so I'm going to keep it simple and work up. My word, I forgot what a hassle it is to go to the laundry mat, no less on a Saturday however it was the only time we had. Then I'm like laying there unable to fall asleep. It's somewhere around 11:00pm or 12:00am when I finally fall out. I'm up at 6:00am and have no trouble springing out of bed. I get everything done and ready by 7:50am and then we are out the door. By the time I get to work...my energy level sinks and then I'm basically tired ...
