I like making big batches and freezing them in small containers so when I want to make my homemade pizzas or spaghetti with meatballs, the cooking time is cut in half by preparing ahead of time. With my right foot giving me trouble it’s really hard for me to get my 8,000-10,000 so I may have to lower it greatly. There is a section on my Fitbit where I can put a ‘time goal’ instead. Went to my mothers today and we, (3 Sisters) agreed upon a buyer for her property and they are letting her stay 90 Days after escrow goes through. Praise the Lord! Around 12:45pm, I had 4-5 pounding feelings in the area of my heart filled by dizziness, light headedness, my face heating up as if I had a fever. I made my way to the nurses office and my pulse was 168/95. She called for an ambulance. I went to an urgent care which ended up sending me to the hospital. I had numerous EKG’s, X-ray, blood test and a catscan. It all came down to basically I’m fine they couldn’t fin...
