My husband and I have been eating super healthy and sticking to our workout plan. We went on a run/walk for 5 and a half miles today outside. I'm guessing we burned some extra calories just trying to trudge through the snow. It was freezing but it felt good to be out in nature.

The plan for tomorrow is to do 30 minutes strength training abs/back and 45 minutes of hard cardio. I'm gonna run a mile as fast as possible on the treadmill and then do s... Mon, 16 Dec 2013 01:15:58 EST 12/12/13 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5563278 So I'm a little late posting my update for he 12th, but day 1 was a success. I did 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill at 15% incline and then 30 minutes of strength training on my legs and glutes. I followed my meal plan and stayed in my calorie range. I had tons of fruits and veggies along with some lean protein and good carbs and I feel better already. I already have my meal plan and workout plan made out for today too. I'm happy to be back on track. No more excuses. Fri, 13 Dec 2013 01:06:29 EST I Need to Get Back on Track http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5562445 So the past month has been rough on me. I have been going through a ton of personal stress, which I don't want to get into. I'm hoping it's all resolved now. I haven't been working out and eating the way that I want to and I haven't lost a single pound in the past 4 weeks. Ugh! At least I haven't gained but I was really hoping to be in Onederland by the end of this year. That isn't going to happen no matter how hard I try. 198

I'll get there, just not in the time line... I've maintained my weight loss and even dropped a pound in the past week but for the amount I'm working out, it's a shame I haven't lost more. I need to get back to my clean eating plan and stop with all the junk. I just have a terrible problem with stress eating. Ugh. I'm a work in progress.

I've planned out all of my workouts for the next 2 ... After reading the book I know these rules are very doable.. but some are intimidating and will be challenging for me. I feel like these rules are just what I need though. When it comes to weight loss, I have exercise down to a science... but I could use some help on my eating.

So here are the rules:
1. Drink a large glass of wate... Thu, 14 Mar 2013 16:47:30 EST Just a small update http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5276267 Well we finally moved to our new apartment. We have things mostly unpacked but there are a few boxes left. Yesterday was my last day at my old job 39 I realized I will miss my old friends there more than I thought. Friday I start my new job though and I am super excited for that! I'm really loving my new apartment. It's nice and quiet and our neighbors seem nice. My hubby and I are still trying to get a plan together for working out with our new work scedules but things are really... Wed, 6 Mar 2013 17:16:28 EST Week 8 and 9 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5268476 Well last week was ridiculously busy for me. I didn't get around to writing my weekly blog on Sunday like I normally do, and I won't be writing another one this coming Sunday either since we are moving to a new apartment and hour and half away from where we live now. The last few weeks have been super stressful for me and I am seeing that reflect on my weightloss progress. I haven't lost any weight in almost 2 weeks. I haven't gained either so I guess I can't be too upset. But I wanted to be ... Fri, 1 Mar 2013 11:41:51 EST Weekly Update Blog 7 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5254308 Well last week went pretty well. I lost 2lbs. I met my goal of working out 6 out of 7 days. I could've been more on track with eating. At least I had a loss.

This week I am going to stick with week 4 of Couch25K. I don't think I'm ready to move on to week 5 yet, but I am making progress with my running.

So here is my generic plan for the week.
Monday: arms/chest/shoulders 30 minutes, cardio 60 minutes
Tuesday:abs/back 30 minutes, cardio 30 minutes
Wedn... Mon, 18 Feb 2013 02:15:54 EST Weekly Update Blog 6 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5245669 Well last week was definately disappointing as far as weight loss goes. I had a super busy stressful week and I really didn't have a lot of time to workout at all. I ate pretty healthy though. I didn't lose any weight but I did maintain and I guess that's a plus. This week I have a lot more free time on my hands. I am hoping to really focus on my workouts this week and kick butt. I'm not going to write out a workout plan because if I don't stick to it 100% it depresses me. So my goal this wee... Sun, 10 Feb 2013 21:54:54 EST Weekly Update Blog Week 5 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5236145 Well this past week I stuck 100% to my fitness plan, I stayed around 1200-1400 calories every single day and I thought I'd have a huge loss. But I only lost 2lbs. I know that 2lbs is a good solid loss for one week but I want more. I'm tired of being overweight and I want to see those numbers change asap. I've been super on point but I think stress may be affecting my weight loss.

On an upside, I'm on week 3 of C25K and I really feel my endurance improving. I'm looking forward to ... Sun, 3 Feb 2013 19:49:45 EST Weekly Update Blog 4 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5226102 Well this past week went pretty well. I only lost 2lbs (my goal was 3). This week I really really really want to lose 3.. maybe 4. I am going to be super strict with my diet this week. I want to stay between 1200 and 1800 calories every day. As close to 1200 as I can.

Here's my fitness plan for this week:
Sunday: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD
Monday: 30 minutes abs/back, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill walking
Tuesday: 30 minutes arms/shoul... Sun, 27 Jan 2013 20:15:49 EST Weekly Update Blog 3 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5216134 Well the 3rd week of January is over and I'm kinda feeling bummed. I kicked butt in my workouts all week and didn't go over my calorie range once. So I weighed myself today thinking I'd have a great loss this week. I lost 0. I felt super depressed and then I ate waaaaay too much today. That's the biggest problem with my weight loss journey. Emotional eating kills me. I have to really work to get that under control. I'm very down about the fact that I lost nothing and the fact that I way ove... Sun, 20 Jan 2013 21:21:23 EST Weekly Update Blog Week 2 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5211973 Well I am writing this blog a little bit late but I've been super busy. Last week was great for me. I lost 4lbs. I've been doing great working out and eating right. I stayed on point every day last week and every day this week so far.

I'm only 8lbs away from my prebaby weight. Finally. But this last 8lbs can't come off fast enough. I'm ready to put the pregnancy weight gain behind me and just move forward with reaching my goal weight.

I feel my endurance is getting so ... Thu, 17 Jan 2013 19:05:11 EST Weekly Update Blog Week 1 of 52 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5195115 Well the first week of 2013 was a good one for me. I got myself off to a very healthy start this week and lost the 3 lbs I gained over Christmas and 2 additional lbs. So 5 total. I'm happy with that. I'm planning to lose 3lbs a week until I hit the 100lb lost mark. I'm ahead of my goal for this week by losing that extra 2lbs so that's exciting. Last week I did very well with exercising. I worked out 6 out of 7 days last week and stayed in my calorie range all 7 days. I'm proud of myself for ... Mon, 7 Jan 2013 13:45:48 EST 2013 is going to be MY YEAR! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5181897 2012 was such an amazing year filled with so many blessings. The greatest blessing of course was giving birth to my beautiful son! I am so happy and thankful to have such an amazing husband and perfect baby boy. I'm thankful for the rest of my family, my friends, and my health. I have everything just about everything I need in life.

The one thing I need to work on for 2013 is getting myself to a healthy weight.
