Since mid July I've lost 9 inches from my body, 3 of those were from my waist alone! My body fat percent dropped from 49.8% to 45.6%. And my BMI went from 49.8 to 48.0. Those numbers are still terrible, but heading in the right direction so I'm happy. I've been a bit M.I.A. the past week and a half. I've been struggling with crazy anxiety. I'm no where near being able to run that far nonstop. But I decided to start training now doing c25k (couch to 5k). I've used this program in the past and I got myself to the point that I could run 4 miles without stopping. I wish I would have stuck with it! I miss the feeling of being able to run no problem. As I said it my previous blog I went out Friday night, had several vodka tonics, and an order of nachos at taco bell. I did 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill at 15% incline and then 30 minutes of strength training on my legs and glutes. I followed my meal plan and stayed in my calorie range. I'm getting better, but still pretty swollen and pretty sore around my incision site. So I decided to be smart and not go insane at the gym. I decided not to run. But I couldn't stand the thought of not working out at all, so I did walk for about an hour and a half outside. I got about 5 miles of walking in. I feel so much better.
