I am doing strength training (heavy weights, actually shocked at what I am lifting) three times a week, cardio for 45 minutes on lifting days, 60 on non-lifting days. Just a week ago my chest press was 50X10, 55X8, 60X6. The 55 was barely do-able, the 60 killed. Traditionally I have a habit of weighing myself too often, and unsatisfactory numbers can derail me. But today at 7 AM I was burning through a work out on the arc trainer and already done with my shoulders/back strength training. <BR> <BR> This is definitely something I can make time for, I need to just stick to it. <BR> <BR> I am so motivated right now! I woke up at 5AM this morning, had a cup of coffee, fed my cats and drove to the gym. Did about 20 minutes of cardio, arms, chest and abs strength training. Something I have not been able to do for the several weeks I have been attempting to follow the program. <BR> <BR> I am doing this.
