I've lost almost 50 # so far not there yet and lord knows i've had some days that i definately fell off but my good days far outweight my bad and i won't complain through out this journey i've learned to trust my instints listen to my body and that i'm stronger than i think. I am also soo much more than just a number on a scale and... Man it's such a good work out plus it increases my flexability so that's great. I finally started counting calories though i still hate it i guess it's a neccessary evil plus the site makes it pretty easy. Later today i'm going to do my power sculpt. Well i got right back into things today <em>236</em> Did my power sculpt today let me tell u it was rough!! But boy did it feel good <em>84</em> . I'm doing it for me for me to be a better me!! No matter what the obsticle or time i have i know i can do something. I finally found some sea salt so i'm planning to switch to that. Tue, 7 Apr 2009 21:37:35 EST RE-Energized well i hadn't worked out in 3 days and was feeling lazy but instead i got up off my but and worked out even though it was exhausting it felt so good to know i was doing something for me! Thanks to all the support i recieve from sparks people this time when i got a little off couse i didn't let it derail me. I simply got back up refocused and started over. What a great feeling. So after dinner i did the cardio blast since i have to be at work at 10 pm since starting 3rd shift. It was such a great workout before work. I think this time frame will work great for me while working 3rd shift. Doing really good keeping my goals whenever i'm tempted to eat something unhealthy or snack too much i think about all the hard work i just did and that it will all be a waste if i put that junk back into my body. In this economy i feel very blessed to be able to say that. However, I am curious as to how i am going to adjust my schedule with exercising and sleeping that will be my new challenge. I've been doing very good with my fruits and veggies trying to drink more water. I'm not really all that good with counting calories it seems like more trouble than it's actually worth i wonder if i just eat healthy watch my portions and exercise i feel... Sun, 29 Mar 2009 10:41:46 EST OFF TO WORK Well i did my power sculpting for today it's been great doing my work out before work it gives me extra energy before i head off haven't really noticed much weight loss this week however i have noticed more definition and i'm excited about that. I'm doing better with my water intake and working on the late night snacking i think it's a matter of habit rather than actually being hungry but just trying to stay focused while on this journey. My reasoning eating even when i didn't necessarily feel like i was hungry was what got my into this mess so i figured i could put just as much energy into getting into healthy as i did into eating. Fri, 27 Mar 2009 00:31:05 EST Starting a new tape today I got Jullians no more trouble zones gonna try that for today and walk for some cardio feel pretty good but kinda tired today i think i'm still getting used to being back at work full time but my determination to get healthier is stronger than my desire to go backwards and become a couch potatoe again so i'm gonna push myself and exercise even though i don't feel like it. I've been trying to eat healthy and exercise for the past three weeks i've been doing pretty good the problem is me and my husband are supposed to be doing this together so far his commitment has only been to eat as long as i cook to exercise when i push him.
