I did NOT want to exercise yesterday and didn't plan on it. But, as the day progressed it was a little voice in the back of my head that just kept getting louder, Louder and LOUDER! Being rather new to exercise I'm trying to find that balance between doing so much I'm sore constantly and burning out to trying to reach a goal of a minimum of 30-60 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Yesterday was a wonderful day spent with 8 of the most favorite people in the world, my grandchildren! We went to the Children's Museum and spent the day learning so many different things, having fun and just enjoying each others company!
