I've cut down on the carve and I'm pushing up the veggies. The goal is to have my sugar down by August. I'm pretty motivated and I have an entire month before I start night classes again. I have probably gained three pounds (real, not water) in the last six days and now its time to get back into a routine and declutter my life. I did not gain any weight, but I did not loose any either. What I did loose was muscle and i need to get that back.
