I'm so frustrated with working out and eating right and not seeing ANY results. My scale has been stuck on the same number for 2 months!!! <BR> I gave up all meat except chicken, which I always eat baked, no skin. Other than the chicken, I'm the perfect Pescetarian!! I exercise 4-5 days a week. I count my freaking calories. I drink tasteless water! I eat organic only! I've cut back on sugar and carbs and am continuing to do so. I don't know what else... Tue, 22 May 2012 07:36:09 EST Calorie Counting This is driving me nuts. I'm not getting enough calories per day and so all my workouts are having zero effect. I'm on such a weird schedule, I can't possibly cram 1200-1500 calories into the 12 hours a day that I'm functioning. I just don't know what to do and I'm not trying to stuff myself. Grr. One month I'm gung ho and then I don't see results and I give up. I owe it to myself to stick with this Spring Challenge. I deserve to be healthy! <BR> So far I've stuck with my decision to give up meat (except chicken). I hope that all that determination leaks over into my decision to make fitness an everyday endeavor. I always thought that you were supposed to wait a day between to clear up the confusion I came to SparkPeople and they gave me the answer.
