Sometimes, we know our mistakes but lazy enough to snooze it off to later date..

I been in Spark people for more than a year now. Started off when I lost it up into a situation dragging my 188lbs along with me on a trail. I took couple of months to make it to 180lbs and there came a long pause. Again crawled up slowly to 178lbs. Dragged myself into act of mindless eating and made it back to 185 lbs... Thu, 10 May 2012 10:33:45 EST
