Made a nice and slow steady progression from learning the swing - to moving up both in reps and the weight of the bell. Kicked off July with a commitment to getting to 300 swings in one workout with a 25 pound bell. AGAIN - I am declaring a new start and Ive stuck with it a few days again. I finally started lifting those weights I have been staring at for months and months.
