Seriously, like having a m/c isn't hard enough now my weight is just flying up and up. Really sad and frustrated today but going to keep on tracking and trying to make better decisions today. Hopefully some of this weight is water weight and hopefully my body will return to normal soon. Mon, 4 Feb 2013 11:17:12 EST Getting back on the saddle.... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5231883 After complications with my early pregnancy that ended in miscarriage; it's time for me to get back on the saddle. Over the last 8 weeks I have gained at least 10 pounds (probably closer to 15 but I quit weighing myself) and have not been able to workout. Looking forward to getting back to my routine and keeping motivated. Luckily, we'll be able to try again in a couple of months but for now I'm going to take care of me 30 Thu, 31 Jan 2013 14:57:21 EST NOT GOING TO LIE... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5180361 I have eaten horrible this holiday season. I'm not sure what has come over me but I am stopping the madness. I have gained at least 5 pounds but probably more since I have quit weighing myself. I don't know it if was because I have been working so hard or if I have given up since my husband and I are trying to have another a baby. Whatever it is I must and I will get back on track. 381 Sat, 29 Dec 2012 22:59:52 EST 2 year Anniversary http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4817082 wow!!! I cannot believe it has been two years since I started sparking. I am proud to say I am still maintaining my goal weight and I am even starting to get some killer abs. I must admit, it is a challenge everyday and some days I fail but I have learned to not let one failure turn into many failures. The most important thing is to not give up and keep tracking. 104 Mon, 2 Apr 2012 15:32:35 EST One Year! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4136997 One year ago today I decided to get back in shape and lose the baby weight for good. I am proud say that over the last year I have lost 24 lbs (1 pound away from my goal weight) and I went from a size 6/8 to a 2/4. I realize 24 lbs in a year isn't exactly record breaking weight loss but I did it the healthy way and at 5'1" 24 lbs makes a HUGE difference. The best about losing weight is how good I look and feel about myself.

I have also had so many people ask me how I did it and I ... Sat, 2 Apr 2011 15:47:06 EST Stuck in a rut http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4047323 For the past two months I cannot seem to lose these last 2 pounds to reach my goal. I even increased the amount of exercise I am doing and no success. I am not giving up and know that one day I will break out of the rut! I am hoping to reach my goal before my one year anniversary in one month 20 Fri, 25 Feb 2011 14:24:24 EST Snow, snow go away http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3992208 I have been snowed/iced in for 3 days this week and have found myself making some poor food choices. Luckily I have been able to workout more than usual with all this spare time therefore I haven't gained any weight but I haven't lost any weight either. I am hoping the sun will melt most of the snow and ice today so I can finally get out of the house and get to the grocery store for some healthy treats and snacks :) Sat, 5 Feb 2011 10:32:13 EST
