SUMMER! <BR> It has been a nasty one here lately.. Hey all! <BR> I'm doing a springing into fitness challenge on the Done girls team.. <BR> This means we have challenges every week to get into healthy habits! <BR> This week's challenge is to create a workout game and do it at least 2 times this week. <BR> However.. I am not so super creative and just found some on pinterest.. <BR> I found a Big bang theory workout game! (My favorite show!) Tue, 26 Feb 2013 02:15:11 EST Long time no blog Hello All! <BR> Its been 2 months since I have written a blog entry.. Naughty!! <BR> Things have been going ok weight loss wise. I have basically had to start over in 2013 because I lost all progress I started to make in November over the holidays. I am FINALLY getting back into the mind frame of making good choices food wise and exercising. I joined some challenges in the sparkteams and that helps keep me accountable. <BR> Hopefully everyone else is having a good 2013! <BR> Sun, 17 Feb 2013 23:58:00 EST Pretty statusquo.. Not great but not bad. Its been awhile since I updated the blog so thought I would post a new entry. Things are going fairly well in spark land. I lead a pretty boring life all in all. I have been wearing my little fitbit faithfully and have been doing pretty well tracking my food. I have been doing my 10 minutes of exercise a day, but not much over that unfortunately. The past couple days I've been slacking but I will get back on track! Hope everyone else is doing wel!!! Sat, 15 Dec 2012 07:35:30 EST Small victories Well.. The scale has not moved as much as I would like recently. However, I had a small victory today!! I had an absolutely HORRIBLE night at work last night. So of course the first thing I think about is making it better with food. However, I sat down to ride my bike for 10 minutes instead and ended up riding 25 minutes! Woo!!! Plus I didn't eat baked goods or candy to make myself feel better!! Kind of a big deal for me! Exited. <BR> Hope everyone else is having a great week!! Fri, 30 Nov 2012 09:48:36 EST Darn it thanksgiving!!!! Well, Thanksgiving did me in you guys!! <BR> I was so afraid it would too... I have a much harder time staying on plan when I go see my parents. My mother has always shown her love through food... Which is probably how I got this way... And she is such a great cook!! <BR> Whenever we have get togethers, and especially when my husband is with, we go so overboard with the food in order to make it a special time. I am learning more and more about what works for me and what triggers poor choices on my part. <BR> I have found that when I am tired and hungry, I will eat far too much and eat whatever I can find instead of finding something healthy. <BR> I also found today that I can't bake and expect myself not to eat what I made.. I just want to say.. I know I've only been doing Spark People for a short while, but I really feel like it has changed my life!! <BR> <BR> I used to think that tomgetthings done you have to make major drastic changes to how you are doing things. I always wanted what I wanted now! I didn't want to have to wait to accomplish my goals. <BR> I have found with SP however, that it takes time to accomplish something big, and that is ok! I am actually liking the whole weight loss process right now.. <BR> <BR> Losing weight has always been difficult for me.. I seem to get really excited about whatever I am doing for awhile, then for some reason or another, get off track.. I SO SO SO hope that I can stick with it this time. I NEED TO! I am 26 and should be able to do so much more than I am able to now because of my size. I want more energy. I want to be a beautiful and healthy wife! I want to feel like I am not holding people...
