It was fun and different. It made the moves more challenging because of the water resistant. However it was less intense than a normal zumba class. I would advice aqua zumba for those that may have minor injuries and can't do the normal class. I would also advise it for someone thats morbid obese because it's really easy and fun but your still going to burn calories just not as much as you would in the normal class. <BR>...
