Everyone else was half my age so I knew I would have to work hard. I ended up the 3rd highest looser out of 12. I lost 13 pounds in 12 weeks. Still a few pounds to get back to my tracker weight on my Spark page. It was fun to talk to others and learn what they were trying. We still ask each other how they are doing. As I learned the right foods to eat it became easier to reach the amounts I needed. Vegetables, nuts, lentils and Peanut butter are some foods high in Protein and fiber. <BR> The last 6 weeks I am working on adding more fish, lean meats, poultry, eggs, cheese and milk. It is easy to fall back into bad habits so I keep a list posted so I am getting the protein and fiber I need. What a SURPRISE ,it had a bite like raw turnip, so I tried a slice from the baking dish that had coriander,cumin and black pepper on it.
