I was on crutches but I'v been getting Physo and Chiro treatment ever since and my foot neck and back is getting better. I went up to 172 pounds no exercise and good and bad days of eating. May 2,2016 This week I started eating well again and this morning the scale move in the right direction to 168.5. I went outside for a 20 min walk and used 10 pound weights for 10 mins. Good news is that today March 3, 2012 is the fIrst day that I have walked in awhile.
