I’m ready to go for it with the diet and exercise and everything starting Tuesday. I’m thinking I may not re-join ww though, just follow the plan and check in each day on the awesome Weight Watchers spark team. I’m thinking instead of spending the time and money on meeting fees, I may spend the time and money on shopping for clothes each week….

I am also going to add to my plans by keeping notes in my food journal about energy levels... Took some pics and updated my page background with one of them.

Today two people got baptised at our church. I indulged at the buffet afterwards, but didn’t over-indulge. It is so nice to be treated to people’s homemade cooking.

Planted a clematis this afternoon. The last one died, but I’m learning that plant care... Been meaning to do it for soooo long and in the end it didn’t take very long to do at all. Why do I put things off so often? Why do I imagine everything will take so much longer than it actually does?

Drifted into some bad habits this week. Evening snack two nights in a row. Hubby made me a milky coffee instead last night though and so even the cold sausages in the fridge were safe.

Also been treating myself to a yo... Matrix films http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5641953 So I made it to one-derland on 24th Feb, celebrated by joining the Leaving 190-ville team, and this morning I realised that I am just 9 pounds away from being overweight! How awesome is that! I will so celebrate on that day!

I am so excited about my holidays. Fri, 28 Feb 2014 05:48:12 EST More on what is a binge… http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5634943 It seems to me that what constitutes a binge may be different for each one of us. Here are some more thoughts on what a binge is (and is not) for me.

Eating my husbands leftovers is not a binge, but I won’t be doing it any more. I will eat *my* food and enjoy it. I joined a team goal to live binge free one day at a time. And I have set up a streak for it on my page. There is absolutely no need for me to binge, so this should be a streak that I can keep for the rest of my life.

However, one of the team threads asks the question “What constitutes a genuine binge?” This question does not have a simple answer, but I need to know the ans... I think I was a bit over ambitious to think I could not use the ww weekly points allowance, so I changed that part of my goals to "stay within my weekly ww points allowance (including any points earnt for walking)" which seems more sensible, and is definitely doable, but is something I have not been too careful about.
