Not really good......felt so bad about my social indulgences, I didn't weigh in last week. I love our walks. When I am not working, it is how we start our day. But she is now getting very grizzly like 10 minutes in (we usually walk an hour). I have been doing Zumba an hour twice a week for 4 months and I have a power walk group I started 6 months ago, that goes out an hour, 4 times a week.
