I would lose them, then gain them back over the weekend. Lose them again only to re-gain them once more. I was on my 3rd week of a disappointing plateau, when I decided to change 1 thing. I added 60 more minutes of cardio a day. I'm doing a average of 120 minutes of cardio Monday through Friday. Then on the weekends I'm doing 180 minutes. <BR> <BR> As of 5/29/9 I ...
