I realize I cannot do this without the accountability of Sparkpeople. It is so easy for the food to not count if it's not entered and tallied. I am still astonished at how many calories most tasty foods have! I also need to get back into my circuit training/weight training routine.

So, today, I walked for 45 minutes. This is nothing new. I also did a little more than half of Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Z... Sun, 16 Oct 2011 19:17:57 EST Totally bummed http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4153827 I had a carcinoma surgically removed from my back yesterday, and I didn't realize I would have to stop working out. No treadmill for at least a week -- preferably two. ugh

Well, I guess there will be no weight loss for a while, not that there had really been any since I started. ugh Sat, 9 Apr 2011 14:17:32 EST Jogging, Eating, Measuring http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4146247 I've added 5 to 10-minute spurts of jogging to my treadmill routine. What a difference in how I feel! I can feel different muscle areas being strengthened as well. No significant weight-loss, but I think my pajama pants are fitting more loosely now. I didn't start tracking my other measurements until April 2. I walk/jog for 50-60 minutes a day.

I've done really well with my nutritional choices -- staying within my recommended caloric intake. I've added supplements for vitamin... Wed, 6 Apr 2011 09:19:53 EST Ugh -- ate two cookies after lunch http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4137005 I guess I'll walk some more tonight. 495 Sat, 2 Apr 2011 15:52:12 EST Seriously? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4117906 I've been a member for 3.5 years? With no progress? ugh Now THAT is depressing. I have to -- I just have to change this. Fri, 25 Mar 2011 14:47:44 EST It was a good day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3771590 I ate very well, then I did most of the No More Trouble Zones DVD, then I walked for about 20 minutes. I've had a foot problem, but no one has been able to figure out what's wrong. I've had an MRI and an X-ray. It feels sort of like a tendon or ligament or something.

Anyway, it goes numb after too much walking, so I am trying to ease back into it. I hate it, because I just want to take off jogging.

I've also been having this weird pain in my left wrist, so push ups a... Mon, 8 Nov 2010 22:38:50 EST Trying to get back into the swing of things http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3768043 Okay, so I did the Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones DVD last night. It has been several months. There were a few I couldn't do all of the reps for, and I don't do the side lunges and the ones where you have to get down on your knees and stand up again with the weights.

My muscles are sore. But, I feel good.

So, I weighed myself on 10-7, and I have dropped four pounds. It has been consistent as well -- it has slowly gone down -- but I do know they were dropped in t... Sun, 7 Nov 2010 14:59:59 EST I'm feeling great! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=1270531 I just wanted to say that I am feeling very optimistic about these goals I have set for myself.

The scales are showing a 3-pound decline since I started tracking my nutrition with spark people. I can see my legs thinning out and my hips are beginning to diminish.

I have been using my recumbent bike 5-6 days a week for 60 minutes. I plan to start adding some weight training as well -- just 10 minutes a day. I am enjoying one hour of movie time in the process.
<B... Sat, 14 Jun 2008 22:34:35 EST
