I believe my body has gotten used to the normal workout routine I've been doing over the last couple of months. I would like to ideas of what I can do? I've been doing quite of bit of cardio but now I think it's time to incorporate weight lifting or toning workouts as well as eating right. If you have time to send a idea please feel free. I love running 2 miles early in the morning because it will help start my day on a wonderful note. We have been dealing with the winter and cold weather for quite some time. I also see that we are expecting some more snow on Tuesday but I'm not going to let the ruin my walk or run. I am pushing to get in at least 10 miles a week of walking/running. I was able to do more than that each day because I was a workout queen this week. I'm so happy to have been with Sparkpeople for one year. When I look back a year ago and see where I started and where I am now it's such a blessing. I can say that I feel wonderful. I played some games and didn't focus on all the food and alcohol they had around me. I didn't have any alcohol which I thought was a great thing. I didn't want the extra calories. I ate a little of some things but I didn't get out of control. I got on the dance floor and danced the rest of the evening. It was a great day to enjoy with co-workers and friends. When I started the challenge I didn't think I was able to complete it. My body went through some changes for the first couple of days. I decided to step up my strength training and my water intake. My Biggest Loser Team had a three day challenge encouraging us to stay within our calorie range and avoid sodium. I've also noticed this week I have retained fluid. I have decided to increase my water intake more than what I have been doing and stay away from processed foods. I've been wearing my same clothes which are falling off because they are too big. Today I decided to go to one store and get a new outfit for Monday.
