I wish I knew if there was something that triggered it. This time I'm not so sure but I did have to have a ct scan. So far everything is clear but my dr thinks I split my ab muscles either from vomiting or exercising/lifting incorrectly and that is part of the problem. I really was struggling to get started earlier this year. It took me almost 5 months to really get on track to stay gluten free long term. I have at least 4 weeks left since the Dr said to try for 90 days minimum (she would rather I went 6 months) and then do a challenge to see how it effects me weight wise and heartburn wise. It's pretty powerful and motivating.
