It was slow loss for me since EVERYTHING seemed to happen. I was slammed packed with family sick, husband having 2 surgeries, trying to find work. Lost 13.2 pounds in 10 weeks. I would have to look at what size I was wearing.. I think 14/16, but as I sit here I am wearing size 12. I am not complaining, especially since last September I was wearing a size 26/28. I haven't gotten my workouts back to normal- my schedule is just SO out of whack. I do believ... Sat, 24 Nov 2012 21:05:27 EST WUB A new week is upon me. I know I went over 10k each day. I did complete a personal goal on fitbit which was to go up 50 flights of stairs in one day. Sun, 16 Sep 2012 23:19:10 EST BLC 16- starting up with another one Ok, so I kinda fell off wagon last challenge... I didn't gain, but I did stop logging in, posting, and all that fun stuff. This move threw me off and I need to get back with it. I am close... under 200lbs and 50 more pounds until goal. I guess I should start my BLC challenge which is a letter to me in 12 weeks. I actually looked up the date when BLC ended. Great timing... right before I go to Texas for spring break. With that in mind the number one goal- flying to Texas without having to use the seat belt extender. I decided to give myself a reward for every 10% I lose from my starting weight of 339. I know I have reached the first one of 300, so since I am going to buy fitbit- I put that as the reward :D There are 2 additional non 10% goal points- 250 lbs- just because I see that as a marking point and at 150lbs which is my goal. I was trying to with hold a bit longer, but as I was cleaning out my office/scrapbook room I came across the tape measure and thought "What the hell" and started to measure. Down 7 inches off waist, 9in off hips, 4 in off thighs and my upper arms the same. Hopefully, since I started some upper body weights that will help. I think that is decent for 55 days post op. I am down 46.4 lbs. SO CLOSE to the 50lb mark. I know I have a long journey still ahead of me, but I fee... Sat, 19 Nov 2011 15:03:16 EST I am shocked I don't feel like dying... yet! So- one of thing long time goals I have is to run something. I figured why wait? I found a local 8K that is coming up in March. They have the beginner training that is 12 weeks, which would start in Dec. So I can do my pre training now :D So I just had surgery (a month ago)- working on getting on exercise routine, but honestly- I've been slow. Ok- so I am out of town for work and in rush for packing, I threw in my usual black pants I were at work. Well, I guess I will take a stab at trying to continue blogging about me, myself, and this journey of weight loss. I have lost 32 lbs so far- 3 weeks post op. I don't want to get on the scale yet to see the next loss. The doctor said that there should be the point where my body gets the shock. I am hoping to miss it.
