There I have admitted it <em>211</em> Yesterday I let emotional eating take over my day. Let's start at the beginning. <BR> <BR> I bought a new scale because my old scale DIED <em>46</em> . I got on the new scale it read that I had gained 1.8 lbs <em>40</em> I know that scales differ and that this weight may not actually be a gain. I thought -"I will not let this affect me." I decided that this was the month- let's <em>386</em> . I told myself <em>306</em> . A few weeks ago I lost 2 pounds and thought ok this is going to happen, but then for 3 weeks the scale went up and down. I needed a new plan <BR> <em>24</em> <BR> <BR> No more excuses, no more letting myself slide! Time to get serious.
