I did try a run on 11/20 and was hit by a calf pain that made it impossible for me to keep running...or even really walking on it unless I kept my knee locked. After it bakes for about 10 minutes you spread on apricot and pineapple jams. Safeway didn't sell the the pineapple jam individually but luckily they had a mixture so I used that.
