Tough because nothing I did seemed to work. I got in the position that I am in because I am a stress eater. I turned to food for comfort. Especially desserts and cakes, etc. Now my problem is I am not eating enough. For the past 6 weeks unless I went completely off the "healthy" side of the dining menu, I kept my daily calorie count under 1000 calories. Most of the time I would hover around 600 or 700. As I stated last week (on my official blog), I think I am under-eating throughout the day which is causing me to not lose weight as quickly.
