The book is titles Push. It teaches you how to achieve and attain goals and not only weightloss goals either. She also talks about achieving personal wellness and financial goals to. Bread! I am one of those people who just loves bread. Bread smells good and taste good. Unfortunately most of the bread we get from the store is highly processed and has corn syrup and some traces of milk in them. I am allergic to milk and corn so I have to stay away from bread. Sorry to report that I quit eating healthy and exercising for a while. I ended up getting back to 173 pounds. EEK! Bad I know. I now weigh 156.6. I decided to make my new weight loss goal to be 98 pounds. I am only four foot and five inches tall so that is an accurate weight for my height. I had to change my diet again but it feels more balanced. I eat meat but no red meat. I eat veggies and fruits and nuts. I cut out junk food and sodas.
