I was reading through one of my team's posts, and a member had a great idea: she cooks 2 or 3 Crock Pot meals per week, and eats the leftovers during the other 4 days of the week. <BR> It isn't boring if you change up how you eat the leftovers, and you cook the food you love. She said it's cheap and it helps her stay on track with her meal planning. <BR> <BR> I am definitely going to try to plan my meals using my Crock Pot and get creative with the leftovers! After over a month of overeating, holiday parties, sleep deprivation, planning, shopping, and stressing, I am finally able to just sit on the couch with a cup of hot tea and BREATHE! <BR> <BR> School starts tomorrow, so it's back to work for me, and I am actually looking forward to getting back to normalcy. My in-laws are coming over for dinner tonight, and I have a friend flying in tomorrow morning to spend NYE with us. With the help of my little man, I am going to tackle one thing at a time.
