I measured and have lost 3 inches in each thigh and 1 inch in my waist and 1 in my hips this past month. I know the exercise is working, the measurements show that, and I am able to push my self farther, the last two days I rode 6 miles pulling Zoe in her trailer behind my bike. Or it could be muscle mass. (wishful thinkin) I really spent the whole week staying on track and ensuring that I was physically active more than just what I needed to be.
