I found that I obsess if I weigh myself daily. I figure the most important part of losing weight is creating the routines... so, once I have created the habits then I can tweek them if I need to get better results.. but if I worry about the results while I worry about doing the right thing... then I have worried myself into "stress eating" not a place I want to go. So, one day at a time and change will come!! Thu, 11 Oct 2012 15:17:53 EST Day 11 Hello, it is day 11 and I am still moving along. Due to my knee I have not done the ellipital. I have done our daily walks, I have been eating healthy and drinking my water. I guess I may have to go to the doctors about my knee. I hesistate because the last time I went the doctor who weighed all of 100 lbs told me "it was because of my weight and if I lose weight it would get better" So, that does not make me want to go back just hear the same thing. I want to lose the weight and see if... Thu, 11 Oct 2012 14:59:35 EST Day 7 Day 7, I declare my weekend days are the hardest. I just do not have the same structure in my schedule and it hurts me. Back to the grind on Monday!! I think last week was so draining I just needed today to relax. Sun, 7 Oct 2012 17:27:05 EST Day 6 Day 6 and all is well. Yesterday I was too busy to blog. I did not get to do my elliptical either but I did glad I needed a break. Right now I am relaxing. Sat, 6 Oct 2012 15:20:17 EST 10/4/12 Day 4... still on the move praise God! I have been having really good days. It feels like I know I have to do this so my challenges are minimal. Up this morning at 5:20am, exercised, showered, walked Leah to the bus stop, packed a healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks and got to work on time!! My knee is a little sore but I still did the eliptical and walked up that HUGE hill so I am not complaining. Last night took the girls for our nightly walk, got them their bathes and in the bed. ... Thu, 4 Oct 2012 08:31:22 EST 10/3/12 Day 3... YAY ME!! I got up at 5:20 did 10 mins of aerobics stretching and toning and 20 mins on the elliptical. I feel good. Walked my daughter to the bus stop, prepared my breakfast and lunch, got to work on time and have a great morning. I know that everyday may not be as great as these BUT I also know that I can press through even on mornings where I don't feel so great. I found doing the elliptical does not hurt my knee as much as the aerobics, so that is my plan of attack until m... Wed, 3 Oct 2012 10:24:34 EST 10/2/12 Day 2!! This morning I woke up at 5am, surprisingly enough my husband was up. But I did not let that stop me, I did a few mins of cardio but since he was watching me I did not feel comfortable. I went up stairs and got on my ellipitcal and finished my workout time. I felt great!! I had a healthy breakfast and have a healthy snack and lunch.. I know I can do this.. I just have to adopt the healthy routine and just do it!! <em>247</em> Tue, 2 Oct 2012 10:00:12 EST 10/1/12 Yesterday was a good day!! I know in my heart I can accomplish my goals. I need to make myself a priority. I have been doing walks with the girls and our neighbors but it is not intense enough. So, i decided to that I will get up at 5:30am, so I can have my time to exercise and not have to rush my daughter getting her ready for school. I did it yesterday morning and it was a success.
