Yoga for 2 days and Zumba for 2 days with Strength training after workouts and 1 day out of the week. I have been able to be consistent with this schedule for about a month and half. I am see results immediately! More energy, better sleep the list goes on. Eating habits for the first month I was consistent but something threw me off. I remember it was a time I was against gym memberships but now I really enjoy mines. When I do yoga at home I noticed I'm less willing to go 60 minutes verses going to the gym I'm more motivated to complete the class especially if its others around going the long haul. My energy level was on a high well until I became prego in the last week of the challenge. I was consisant in spending more than 30mins for 4-5days a week. My calories intake where up and down and I noticed I lost with I stayed with 1200- 1500 calorie range. Water was beginning to become a chanllenge for me which is not usual. I was able to get my water in although I struggled with water my off days I was able to get it in but keeping my empty liter bottle with me. I did not get in my strength training I really need to work on that for next week. I noticed that when I go away for my daily smoothies I don't do as wise eating wiser as well as not tracking. I got the the Yoga Warrior by Bob Harper and could only last I have to improve before I take it back to library next monday. I also got a belly dancing dvd and enjoyed 15mins of it! Some where along the way I have been to laid back about using the tracker. I love tracking my food because it lets know if i have little extra and pick and choose wisely. I did 45mins of yoga to help with soreness from this past weekend's hike. My husband noticed that my legs are getting smaller! You know how hard it is to get your husband to notice any weight lost changes. I have to contribute that to just two weekends of hiking. One day all things are in order with eating right and working out then other days I wasn't getting any fitness in and surrendering to my cravings. I would like to work on having a balance in week 2. I have been doing it since the beginning of the challegne and I think this could be a part of my daily routine from now on. Lately I have been have some major cravings for McDs. I know shaking my head I know Its so weird. I used be so disapproving of Mickey Ds that's what makes it so bad. I will say I only can handle a kids happy meal so maybe that counts for something. I managed to slip in some major minutes last night. I did a little of every thing; walking, pilates, and dance yoga. I have been extremely busy at work and as active on the daily chat and group chat as I would like. Work has been more tolerable because I have getting my mediation time in. The baby cried most of the night we only managed to get in 3 hours of sleep. I did good on my calorie range so far. Although I do good most of the day I tend to snack close to bedtime and go over. Went to the goodwill and found the perfect bookcase for the kids room and vinly records I needed for craft project. I wanted to get more today but it will have to wait until tommorrow. I usually like to be stocked with healthy snacks and water but we were running behind and had to hit the road. We managed to get just Gatorade and vallina wafers from the gas station. I really dislike not getting enough water in day. At the wedding no one was served water I'm usually on my half way mark at this point.
