My cat wasn't even feeling that wind and he went out quickly and did his survey and came inside. It was so dusty you could not see the mountains out of my window. My dad cleaned windows this morning, Murphy's Law. The winds were about 50 mph and so they are a bit calmer now. Tomorrow we should be round 70 degrees and the next day the higher 70's.
