I am still haven alot of trouble stay'n in my calorie goal for the day.. I also need to try and find the time and energy to get more activity in at night to help burn even more calories. <BR> <BR> I need some suggestions. I have three kids at home ages 8-3 and I need to get more calories burned after I get home from work... <BR> <BR> I need some fast snack ideas too that are going to aid in my goals ... Also, it doesn't seem to help that I am walking in the evenings.. I so want to lose this extra weight I have gain in the last several years.
