Up until three months ago, I had been ignoring my health and breaking promises to my doctor. Now I can handle moderate exercise without distress; stairs are no problem. Before starting the 8-Week program I had just completed a local 10-week walking program where I lost 9.5 pounds. I feel great about that. So, I started Spark's 8-week program with a bit of momentum.
