Fri, 18 Jan 2013 08:22:43 EST Day 9 on the Harcombe diet - 17th Jan 2013 Not much to write about today except that I am still not craving anything not even a cuppa which seems really weird as I used to drink soooo many cups of tea a day but then I suppose it's still early days yet :o) <BR> <BR> food today was.... <BR> <BR> breakfast ..... egg and bacon <BR> lunch.... chicken salad <BR> dinner...... sea bass and steamed veg followed by a couple of spoonfuls of natural greek yogurt <BR> <BR> and nothing but hot/warm water to drink Thu, 17 Jan 2013 14:45:20 EST Day 8 on the Harcombe diet - 16th Jan 2013 I felt so good today .... you'd have thought I'd lost 3 stone not 3.5kg this week. <BR> I think it's because I am not having any headaches or aches of any kind now and I feel so much livelier than I have for a long, long time. I'm usually so lethargic and can't be bothered to do anything but I definetly have a lot more energy than I have had for sooo long. and I've felt happy all day and I hope it lasts :o) <BR> <BR> food today was.... <BR> <BR> breakfast ..... egg and bacon <BR> lunch....... Wed, 16 Jan 2013 16:06:16 EST Day 7 on the Harcombe diet - 15th Jan 2013 I've had a really good day today - no headaches at all, starting to feel pretty good and not craving chocolate or biscuits or anything so pleased with that. <BR> <BR> food today was.... <BR> <BR> breakfast ..... egg and bacon <BR> lunch.... ham salad <BR> dinner...... homemade beefburgers and steamed veg followed by a couple of spoonfuls of natural greek yogurt <BR> <BR> Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow morning and record it on here just to see my ticker move a little lol Tue, 15 Jan 2013 14:24:00 EST Day 6 on the Harcombe diet - 14th Jan 2013 Today has been pretty good, I felt a lot livelier than I have for ages but still had a few headaches - not normal headaches more of an ache in my neck and skull - not as bad as yesterday so hopefully it will be gone soon. <BR> <BR> food today was.... <BR> <BR> breakfast ..... egg and bacon <BR> lunch.... ham salad <BR> dinner...... soup made with veg and chicken oxo, not very tasty but it did fill me up for quite a while <BR> supper ... h/boiled egg Mon, 14 Jan 2013 16:21:55 EST Day 5 on the Harcombe diet - 13th Jan 2013 I just couldn't resist stepping on the scales again this morning - 3kg down now (I know I shouldn't have as they can go up and down but they were calling out to me lol) <BR> <BR> Still had a few headaches yesterday as well as feeling achy around my neck but I can put up with that so long as I keep losing :o) <BR> <BR> will come back later and add my food for the day as I want to be able to look back on this when I get to plateau or start gaining. <BR> <BR> breakfast ..... egg and bacon <... Sun, 13 Jan 2013 04:59:55 EST Day 4 on the Harcombe diet Saturday 12th Jan 2013 I thought I would have a sneaky peek on the scales to see if this diet is working for me as I must admit I had a headache and achy neck yesterday (the book does say that you could feel rough in the 5 day phase 1 stage when you are detoxing) and I am soooo glad I did ......
