Lots of Chicken Noodle Soup which is very high in sodium but at the time I didn't care. <BR> <BR> On a positive note, I was down 2 more pounds on weigh day, 7.3 pounds total! I wanted to excersize 5 days and I only got in 4 days. I need to work on scheduling a little better. I forgot our bowling league started back up so I didn't get to excersize that night. Typically I allow myself very little to eat for big weight loss results. I'm using the Nutrition Tracker and have stayed within my allotted calories, I feel very satisfied.
