We dated briefly when we were younger and I was in shape and smaller than. We started dating Oct 2010. At this time, I wasn't as small as I was before but I was still in decent shape. Sat, 21 Apr 2012 16:52:14 EST **Update** Went to the doctor after work this morning. Apparently I tore some muscles in my lower back from lifting too heavy weights too soon. The doctor just told me to take some ibuprofen and get rest and I should be fine a couple of days. Praise God it was nothing major but this is definitely a wake up call for me to not push myself to hard at the gym right now since I just started exercising again 4 weeks ago. I'm resting the rest of the week and I will see how I feel by the weekend.

... Thu, 19 Apr 2012 17:27:52 EST To Be Continued... Well things took a turn for the worst today. Now I am more determined than ever to exercise, eat right, stop binge drinking, etc. Being on 24 pounds from 300, it is scary to believe and accept that I weigh this much. My only hope is that when I go back t... Fri, 5 Aug 2011 16:59:22 EST
