I don't know what to really say, but to me it is a Miracle from God! I got my test showing not good blood flow and wow, I go in for cath to be stented or other procedure and nothing had to be done. It is me. First the bad news, I am diabetic now. Ok, the scoop: My cholestrol is too high, nothing new but working on it. Next, my blood sugar (fasting) was 109 which is awesome and would not know by looking at it that I was diabetic. However, they did an AC1 which averages over three month. I play my mp3 music and I dance down the street, walk slow, walk fast, go up and down hills, sit in shop at olive building, eat breakfast there and lunch, all organic salad. My heart is very sick and so is my body and I can tell he was very concerned. He is very PLEASED about my fitness and my positive attitude, and my high motivation. Tue, 17 Sep 2013 17:31:26 EST Sunday, Sept 15, 2013 - Enjoyed the Scale Today I have a defribillator/pacer maker combo unit. Defribillator will deliver a shock similar to what a medic would deliver. This is when the beats get too high for too long of a period. The pacer delivers little baby shocks that you do not feel that paces your heart when the defibrillator delivers a shock or if your heart rate is too slow. They now have these monitors that you get to install. You then get a blood pressure unit and a scale. These all automatically record into the monitor. ... He started at 7:00 and I started my fitness goal. I paced myself. My breathing was good today and water retention was down so I started out able to do more than I usually can. I Danced, yes down the streets, did 300 stairs at the US Court House, a light jog, walk, stair stepping, more dancing. I had 70 minutes in my zone so max hr 133. This is really good for me. Well, I am calling this Heart Rate Low because I used to be able to get my heart rate up higher. Today my average was 113. Wow, that is really low, but I had a sweat going and my breathing was ok. I could feel my CHF. I can feel my SOB...shortness of Breath. I was proud that I got up, took hubby to carpool, stopped by gym and did 35 minutes on the elliptical (250 calories) and only crunches and arm machine. I walked yesterday.
