But I'm really tired. I slept all night, something I rarely do, but once I got Kina on the bus, I went back to sleep and I actually just woke up again. It's 12:35PM. <em>40</em> <BR> <BR> I had 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, a packet of instant grits and a cup of hot tea with lemon for breakfast. <BR> <BR> Lunch will be light. It was a slow pace since it's been a while since I've exercised on a daily basis. My joints are pretty inflamed today and I'll probably have to rest on the couch today. Maybe this evening I'll start doing some yoga again. <BR> <BR> My eating is so-so. I decided to take Chloe out for a walk in the park instead of just letting her run around the back yard. She was ecstatic.
