I started off with strength training with my personal trainer (which includes a 5 minute internal on the elliptical ( .33 miles) :) and then I ran 1.5 miles. I got on the scale only to find that my scale and the YMCA scale did not match at all. At home, it says that I've lost a total of 11lbs but at the Y, I only lost 5lbs. I am trying to workout 2 times a day. Right now I workout Monday-Thursday; Friday I work all day, but during my lunch I would walk 30-45 minutes. If I can wake up early, I can go to the YMCA before work! I think I might purchase Walk away the pounds (WATP) and that could be something I do at home that is low key. I was even thinking of ...
