Only put on a couple lbs, so I have the maintaining thing down. Now I want to change that and get to my goal of 199lbs. I went from 49 inches to 44.5 in the waist and 47.5 to 43 in the hip area. This is from June 6th start date. Calf and thing measurements were the same.
