I guess that's what I would call it seeing as I bought the fruit in a container saying it was tropical fruit. It had a few pieces of the following fruit; mango, honeydew, cantaloupe, and kiwi. I blended that all together and then added a 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt. Then blended some more. It was good but the after taste it left in my mouth was pretty dang nasty to say in the least. I don't think I will try that again for a good long time because the ... Saturday wasn't too bad but Sunday all I did was eat out, because I wasn't home. It started with breakfast at McDonald's , then out for lunch with friends at a sub shop then dinner at a bar... Then for lunch at 11am I had a piece of white bread with a tuna fish salad mix ( tuna mayo hard boiled eggs ) and I have been having the shakes a lot lately and I just took my blood sugar and it was 99.
