With the cold that I still have lingering (it's getting better though), I had to take a couple of stretch/breathing breaks. Without the breaks, I did the 3 miles in 32:34. <BR> <BR> After the run, I did a 1 mile walk on the treadmill to cool down. <BR> <BR> I was in my calorie range for the day. <BR> <BR> I got 9 glasses of water in for the day. <BR> <BR> Day 2 of 2 of workouts for the week! If I would have gone to Fit Camp, it would have been arms night, so I tried to find a workout DVD that I had that would work my arms (and I only had about 30 minutes to workout). I found my Herbalife24 Fit workouts. I did the Phase 1 Shoulder Stabilization workout.
