Over the weekend there was a wedding reception buffet and then a graduation party buffet. Not as good at sticking to my food plan. <BR> <BR> During the week I was really good about getting my water in. The rest of the week, I was probably pretty good about staying in my calorie range. <BR> <BR> With being sick, I was trying to get my water in as much as possible so I didn't get dehydrated.
