It wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm 255 now, so I gained about a pound. It could have been worse, and Im sure Ive done worse in the past when I wasn't keeping track of it. So I consider that a success. That means I might not reach my 1st mini goal of 250 by the end of November, but if I can get close I can live with that. <BR> <BR...
